Dutch Basic 2 is the second part of the basic Dutch course. The complete course (A0-A2) consists of 3 parts. You will learn how to make negative sentences with 'niet' and 'geen'. You will be introduced to prepositions of place and how to ask people for clarification. Also topics such as Dutch birthdays and asking for directions are part of the course.

For whom: Beginners with some knowledge of Dutch or students who took the Basic 1 course. Being able to understand English explanations is mandatory. When in doubt, please contact us for an intake to determine your level.

Result after the course: You know how to construct sentences in past and future tenses. You are able to have conversations in Dutch about various simple topics. You can also read and understand short texts in Dutch and communicate about various topics. After the course you have completed level A1+.

Frequency, duration, day and time:  Once a week during 11 weeks. The first lesson is in the week of 22 April unless noted otherwise. You can choose one of these groups:
