TaalTaal offers quality Norwegian courses on several levels. Our groups are small and dynamic, so you will have lots of personal attention and guidance.
The new season starts in the week of 4 May 2020 and consists of 11 lessons of 90 minutes.
It is possible to sign up for a course that is already running. Please take into account about 2.5 hours of self-study next to the regular courses.

Description: After the course, you will have learned to have rudimentary conversation, introduce yourself, ask various questions to other people and to answer basic questions (who are you, where are you from, etc). Important subjects are numbers, professions, origins and what to say in shops. Especially in this beginner level, will there be emphasis on pronunciation next to essential knowledge of key grammatical rules.
Frequency, duration, day and time: Once a week during 11 weeks: Tuesday between 20:00 and 21:30 hrs or Friday between 10:00 and 11:30 hrs
Description: In this course, you will have learned to talk about everyday subjects. Examples are making appointments, travel, fashion, the weather and the seasons. You will also have gotten a better understanding of Norwegian culture. Your pronunciation should be quite good by now and you will know the most important grammatical rules. They upcoming challenge will be more about applying the rules in a natural way.
Frequency, duration, day and time: Once a week during 11 weeks: Tuesday between 18:30 and 20:00 hrs
Description: This course is suitable for people who can take part in simple conversations, but who would like to further extend their knowledge with regards to understanding and speaking the language more fluently. During the course, for example, the past tense, property designations and prepositions will be done in the class. Furthermore, home, body and leisure will be important themes to discuss.
Frequency, duration, day and time: Once a week during 11 weeks: Wednesday between 18:30 and 20:00 hrs
Description: In these classes subjects such as family, children, work, school and leisure will be explained and used. During the course the Norwegian Society and the related vocabulary will also be looked at. You will also learn how to formulate sentences that are slightly more complicated.

Description: An intensive course is given privately (for 1 person) and consists of 15 contact hours divided over 1 or 2 weeks, for example 5 consecutive days of 3 hours each. The exact configuration can be discussed with the teacher for best possible results. Please do take into account time needed for self-study and homework.
