TaalTaal offers quality Arabic courses on several levels. Our groups are small and dynamic, so you will have lots of personal attention and guidance.
The new season starts in the week of 18 January 2021 and consists of 11 lessons of 90 minutes.
Adapted schedule: in-person lessons will begin the week of February 8th. The online lessons do start in the week of January 18th. Please contact us if you'd like to join a running class.
It is possible to sign up for a course that is already running. Please take into account about 2.5 hours of self-study next to the regular courses.

Modern Arabic Level 1 (A0+)

Result after the course: The basics of Arabic are now familiar for you and you're on your way learning more about the grammar and specifics. You're able to follow simple conversations and express yourself e.g. in terms of asking for directions.
Frequency, duration, day and time: Once a week during 11 weeks: Monday between 20:00 and 21:30 hrs (ONLINE)
This course is about Modern Standard Arabic (MSA), which is spoken throughout the Arab world. In every country or region there may be a dialect of Arabic spoken, but with MSA, you will be able to communicate everywhere.

Modern Arabic Level 2 (A0-A1)

Description: In this course, you will continue on the basis that's been established with the beginners course. You will work on writing, your vocabulary and pronunciation.

Modern Arabic Level 3 (A1)

Description: In the modules Arabic 3 and 4, you'll learn how to speak, write and listen. You'll also learn how to better express yourself and handle different scenarios. We continue with classical Arabic, the speaking language in different countries across the Arabic speaking world and different accents and dialects.

Intensive Arabic Course

Description: An intensive course is given privately (for 1 person) and consists of 15 contact hours divided over 1 or 2 weeks, for example 5 consecutive days of 3 hours each. The exact configuration can be discussed with the teacher for best possible results. Please do take into account time needed for self-study and homework.
